This warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover damage resulting from neglect, physical impact, or chemical exposure. Following these care standards is a requirement for continued warranty coverage.

• Routine Cleaning: Maintain the Color D brilliance by soaking your piece in warm water with mild, fragrance-free soap. Gently clean with a soft-bristled brush. Note: Failure to keep the setting free of debris can lead to premature wear not covered by warranty.
• Safe Wear & Activity: To protect the structural integrity of your Inaaya heirloom, remove jewellery during high-impact activities (e.g., gym, gardening, lifting). Damage caused by physical stress or "brute force" is classified as accidental damage and is excluded from our warranty policy.
• Chemical & Environmental Exposure: Avoid contact with bleach, chlorine, and harsh perfumes. Exposure to chemicals can weaken 14K gold and dull diamond surfaces. Inaaya Diamonds is not liable for discoloration or structural failure caused by chemical exposure.
• Secure Storage: When not in use, store your piece in the provided Inaaya Diamonds luxury box. We recommend independent jewellery insurance to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage beyond the scope of our manufacturing warranty.
