At Inaaya Diamonds, we believe that true luxury is worth the wait. Every piece is handled with the utmost care, undergoing rigorous quality control and certification to ensure it meets our exacting standards before it begins its journey to you.

1. Our Signature Complimentary Shipping

To ensure a seamless experience, Inaaya Diamonds offers complimentary insured shipping on all orders. Whether you are purchasing an everyday essential or a bespoke engagement piece, your delivery is fully covered by us.

2. Delivery Timelines & Craftsmanship Windows

As our jewelry is often made-to-order or requires professional grading and setting, we operate under the following delivery schedules:

Standard Collections: Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing, quality inspection, and delivery.

Custom & Bespoke Commissions: Due to the complexity of the design, CAD prototyping, and hand-setting of stones, custom orders take approximately 8–10 weeks to complete.

Note: These timelines are estimates. While we strive to deliver ahead of schedule, the delicate nature of high-end jewelry production may occasionally require additional time to perfect your piece.

3. Secure Delivery & Insurance

For your protection, all Inaaya Diamonds shipments are:

Fully Insured: Covered against loss or damage during transit until the moment of delivery.

Signature Required: To maintain security, all deliveries must be signed for by an adult at the provided shipping address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or unattended drop-boxes.

4. Shipping Liabilities & Delays

Inaaya Diamonds partners with premium couriers to ensure timely delivery. However, Inaaya Diamonds is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, international customs processing, or "force majeure" events (e.g., extreme weather or global supply chain disruptions).

Once a tracking number is issued, the carrier assumes responsibility for the transit timeline. We do not offer refunds or discounts for shipping delays that fall outside of our direct control.

5. International Shipments (If applicable)

For our international clientele, please be advised that Inaaya Diamonds is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
