1. Direct Inquiries

For all general inquiries, order updates, or gemstone consultations, please contact our concierge team via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours.

2. Bespoke & Custom Consultations

If you wish to begin a custom commission (8–10 week lead time), please include any reference images, preferred diamond shapes, and your budget range in your initial email. This allows our design team to prepare a preliminary brief before our first consultation.

3. Operational Hours

Our studio and customer support team operate during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST)

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (AEST)

Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

4. Mailing & Returns

Please note that for security and insurance purposes, our workshop and diamond storage facilities are not open to the public. Do not send returns to any address found online without prior written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without an Inaaya-issued Return Authorization Number will be refused for security reasons.
